In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings given unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" or "GB99" refers to the website, mobile app, and all services provided under the gb99 brand, including the domain gb99.bz and all associated sub-domains.
• "Member" refers to any individual who has registered a valid account on the gb99 platform and has completed the required identity verification (KYC) process.
• "Account Balance" refers to the actual cash balance stored in a member's account, excluding any bonus balance or promotional credits.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits awarded by gb99 that are subject to rollover requirements before they can be converted to real money or withdrawn.
• "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirements" refers to the number of times a member is required to wager the bonus amount before a withdrawal is permitted.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the mandatory identity verification process that all members must complete, including the submission of valid identification documents.
• "Live Betting" refers to a wager placed while a sporting event or game is in progress in real time.

GB99 supports a variety of safe and trusted payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, online bank transfers and selected cryptocurrencies. All deposits are processed instantly or within a short timeframe depending on the chosen payment method.

• All deposits must be made using a payment method that is registered in the member's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• GB99 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method. Please refer to the Deposit for the latest information.
• Any deposit that cannot be verified within 24 hours will be automatically returned to its original source.

GB99 processes withdrawal requests swiftly — most withdrawals via local payment methods are completed within 3 to 5 minutes. Withdrawals via standard bank transfer may take up to 24 hours depending on your bank.

• Withdrawals are only processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit on that account.
• Full KYC verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed. This is a compliance requirement that cannot be waived.
• The minimum withdrawal limit is as stated on the Withdrawal. Daily maximum limits may vary according to your VIP membership level.
• GB99 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawals that exceed certain limits or are deemed suspicious.
• Any withdrawal associated with activities that violate these Terms may be suspended or cancelled while an investigation is conducted.

• GB99 reserves the right to cancel any bonus suspected to have been obtained through fraud, system abuse, or violation of promotion terms.
• Each member is eligible to receive each type of bonus only once, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the gb99 system are final and non-reversible, except in situations where GB99 determines that the bet in question was accepted in error or at incorrect odds.

The following are strictly prohibited on the gb99 platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable:

• Opening or using more than one account simultaneously or consecutively.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or similar tools to interact with the platform.
• Any form of market manipulation, fraud, or attempts to exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any unlawful financial purpose.
• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage in games or wagering.
• Threatening, harassing, or acting abusively towards gb99 customer support staff.
• Providing false information to the support team or during the KYC process.

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting the GB99 support team. Prior to closure, all outstanding bonus rollover requirements must be fulfilled, and any valid real-money balance will be returned to the member via the payment method used.

GB99 reserves the right to close or suspend a member's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond GB99's control, including internet outages, service provider issues or natural disasters.
• Wagering losses arising from valid betting outcomes that have been correctly processed by the system.
• Any financial decision made by a member based on information from the gb99 platform.
• Unauthorised access to a member's account arising from the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

GB99 takes your privacy seriously. The collection, processing and use of your personal data is governed entirely by Privacy Policy us as part of this agreement.

By using the GB99 platform, you agree that GB99 may:

• Collecting personal data required for registration, identity verification, and regulatory compliance purposes.
